Payment options at checkout
Shopify checkout displays the methods available for your location and order. Complete website orders through the store checkout. Review your currency, shipping, discounts and applicable taxes before you pay. Your provider may charge separately for currency conversion or international transactions.
Payment data and order checks
Enabled payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms and privacy notices. For order verification, we may ask for information reasonably needed to check the transaction. Customer support will never ask you to email your full card number, security code or password.
A charge without an order email
Check your spam folder first. If a charge appears without confirmation, contact service@kignh.com before retrying. Your bank can explain a decline or how long a temporary authorization may remain visible.
Refunds to the original payment method
Approved return refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. The payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
