Product details
Review the listed dimensions, materials, care instructions and included pieces before ordering. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. If an item materially differs from its description, contact support so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
Checkout and acceptance
Review the item, quantity, currency and total before submitting an order. We may contact you about an availability, pricing or verification issue. If we cannot complete an order for which you paid, we will notify you and refund the payment for the affected items.
Delivery and changes
Available delivery options and charges are displayed before payment. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, with estimated transit of 7–12 business days after dispatch unless a different estimate is shown. Email service@kignh.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will try to cancel or update the address before fulfillment starts. Once preparation has started, changes may be unavailable. A successful pre-fulfillment cancellation has no fee and is refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Orders already in transit follow our return process after delivery.
Returns, refunds and support
Eligible return requests are accepted within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the return conditions disclosed for your purchase. Approved refunds for received and inspected returns are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from the listing, email us with the order number and photos if available. We will arrange a suitable replacement, return or refund at our expense, including any required return postage.
